Nicolle Hutchinson LE, CLT, PMU

Nicolleis a Laser Safety Officer and a Licensed Aesthetician from the AZ State Board. Prior to becoming an Aesthetician, Nicolle was a Medical Assistant and a practice manager at Scottsdale Healthcare for 6 years.

Nicolle graduated, Receiving her diplomas as an Advanced Skincare Practitioner and Cosmetic Laser Technician from The Southwest Institute of Natural Aesthetics in 2017. That is where her love and journey for Medical Aesthetics began. She is a seasoned Aesthetician with seven years industry giving her extensive knowledge as a skincare expert. She not only is an Aesthetician and Laser Tech but has received extensive education and training in multiple other skincare modalities including Cosmetic Tattoo courses, Collagen Induction Therapy, Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels and obtained many other certifications. Nicolle’s goal is to help her clients become the best and most confident empowered versions of themselves through customized Aesthetic treatments helping each client define their own unique beauty and confidence. Relax and rest assured in good hands with Nicolle.


Sheilah Almhjell, Aesthetic Nurse Injector, RN

Sheilah Almhjell practices both traditional Nursing and Cosmetic Nursing for On Point Medical Aesthetics in beautiful Scottsdale, AZ. Sheilah attended the Institute of Medical Aesthetics (IMAj) and is certified in various forms of laser technologies. She also received a 200-hour yoga teaching certification from LifePower in 2015 and most recently received her certification to provide neurotoxins and dermal fillers from the National Laser Institute in 2017. Sheilah loves the diversity of her studies but mostly enjoys being an aesthetic nurse as it allows her to help people feel more confident in their own skin and address their concerns about how they look and feel from the outside as we all strive to address what is best for our inside. Sheilah has a passion for educating her patients and providing them with the information they need to make the best decisions regarding their treatment plan. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her radiant daughters Sadie and Macie. Sheilah also loves traveling near and far, yoga, being outdoors, going to see live music, and spending time with family and friends.

Heather Shuster, Permanent Makeup Artist, BA


Heather Shuster, is a permanent makeup artist and she can usually be found tattooing lips, eyebrows and eyeliner. Her favorite service is brows because it can be transformative.

She is passionate about helping others with her art, and it is her goal one day to do areola tattoos. Heather is a fundamentals graduate from Simply Body Art, and a fully apprenticed artist. She loves this profession because there is always something new to learn.

Before entering the field of permanent makeup, she lived in Ecuador, the UK, South Korea, mainland China and Vietnam over a period of eleven years. She is experienced in product sourcing and development, and loves learning how goods are made from start to finish. Heather is also a licensed secondary teacher and spent most of her ten-year teaching career in Asia. She speaks more than one language and particularly enjoys making a mess of Chinese.

Heather is also an accomplished oil painter, creates sugar flowers, and bakes a fantastic pie.

These days, Heather is living in Phoenix, Arizona. She is striving to scramble perfect eggs, but she also appreciates hoarding as much toilet paper as possible, eating street food of questionable origin and writing about herself in the third person.

Heather is a native of Ohio, and graduate of the Ohio State University.

At Desert Rain Skin, the health and safety of our patients, staff and community is our highest priority. As such, we continue to update our COVID-19 protocols and implement the necessary precautions to maintain a safe environment.

Our staff has been vaccinated and continues to wear a face mask. Unvaccinated patients and guests are required to wear a face mask too. And, we highly encourage vaccinated patients to wear a mask as well.
